Alerts
When the air is exceptionally polluted, IRCEL publishes additional warnings. The messages describe the pollutant concerned, the start of the period with elevated concentrations, the expected duration and intensity of the episode, and the regions affected.
Under this menu, you will find all historical messages. For PM10 and PM2.5, the messages are grouped under particulate matter. The ozone menu contains all messages dealing exclusively with elevated ozone concentrations. Under ozone and heat plan, you will find all messages published after a temperature threshold has been exceeded.
On the frequently asked questions page, you can find the criteria that trigger these messages, both for particulate matter, ozone and the ozone and heat plan.
On the homepage, you can easily subscribe to receive future warnings by email.
